The SATMAR facilities in Bouin (Vendée) are composed of a micronursery (clams and oysters) as well as of 3 nurseries (oysters). The water quality in Bouin is particularly suitable for phytoplankton production. The micronursery is currently being extendent in order to increase the production capacity.
