The Saint Philibert operation is based in the South of Brittany. It is the logistics platform for the reception, storage, grading, cleaning, packing and shipping of the SATMAR clams production. Clams grow-out sites located close at hand (Morbihan Gulf, La Trinité-sur-Mer) are also used to complement the clams production from the Chausey Islands.
