The Îles Chausey archipelago is located nine miles west-northwest of Granville and about fifteen miles north-northeast of Saint Malo. This natural heritage site, which has exceptionally good water quality as a result of the highest tides in Europe, is home to Satmar’s dedicated clam growing beds.
